" ade, I almost killed us." was about the second thing i said to her this morning other than ... morning baby and do you want pancakes?
so, while making the pancakes i turned on the wrong burner and the cord from my most fantastic beautiful toaster was resting against the edge and in an acrid puff of plastic smoke my toaster is no more.
temporarily... i busted it.
the cord is all bubbly and gnarled. and i am so sad.
Maybe lee can fix it. She fixed my shortcircuited vibrator by stripping the wires and patching them... maybe there's hope yet.
I love you toaster... get well soon.
